In this session, you will have fun and learn a lot from an informative, dynamic & highly engaging presentation.

Not only that, the session will also let you interact and have fun.

Additionally, you will also get user friendly handouts that show the main points of the presentation.

Basic Fire Fighting Course – Practical Session

During this session, you will get hands-on experience with fire fighting skills and techniques. Moreover, this session is participant-orientated, which means you can ask questions and get feedback from the instructor

Meet Our Master Trainer

Mr. Chandran, professional instructor for fire fighting training and fire safety training at Advance Rescue Academy.

Mr Chandran

Mr. Chandran is a veteran fire safety expert whose career is built on decades of high-stakes operational experience:

Elite Operational Background

  • 30+ Years of Field Experience: He has dedicated his career to fire fighting since 1974, eventually retiring as a Fire Officer from Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB).
  • Specialized Fire Prevention: He served as a Fire Prevention Officer for eight years at the Subang airport (LTSAAS), where he was responsible for proactive safety measures.
  • Operational Leadership: His frontline roles included serving as a Fire Officer (Operations) at both KLIA and Subang, as well as an Administrative Assistant Fire Superintendent at MAHB Headquarters.
  • Safety Certifications: He holds a Safety Officer Certificate from NIOSH and has undergone specialized training in Accident Investigation, Strategic & Operational Risk Management, and Fire Safety & Evacuation

Proven Teaching & Methodology

Mr. Chandran represents a trainer who not only knows the subject but knows how to teach it effectively:

  • Formal Instructor Experience: He spent nearly a decade (1983–1992) as a Chief Firefighter Instructor at the Civil Aviation College, proving his ability to manage long-term educational programs.
  • Pedagogical Training: He has a solid foundation in teaching through a Basic Methodology course and specialized workshops on the use of instructional aids (OHP) from INTAN.
  • International Training: He further enhanced his skills by completing the Advance Airport Firefighter program at CATC Singapore under the United Nations Development Program
