The Flow of applying HRD Corp Claimable Courses

What you need:-

Supporting documents:

  1. Quotation with training date
  2. Course Details & Contents of the training
  3. Trainer’s CV

01. Login to Employer’s e-TRiS Account & Click “Application

02. Click “Grant” on the left side under Applications

03. Click “Apply Grant” on the left side under Applications

04. Click “Apply

05. Choose a Scheme Code and select “HRD Corp Claimable Courses: Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas“. Then, click “Apply

06. Select your Company Immediate Officer and click “Next

07. Select “Advance Rescue Academy Sdn Bhd (CoID – 202301046966)”, then click “Next

08. Please select a training programme from the list, then key in all the required details and click “Next

09. Choose “No” for micro-credential programme. Save and click “Next

10. Please select a Course Title and Type of Training

Face-to-face training, open to all employers/companies
Type of training: Public / In-House

11. Please key in the Training Location and click “Next

12. Please select “Certificate of Attendance” for the Level of Certification and click “Next

13. Please follow the instructions, Click “Add Batch“, then click “Save

14. Click “Add Trainee Details” and key in trainee details

15. Please key in all the required details, then click “Add

16. Click “Add” if there are more participants. Once done, click “Save“, then Click “Next

17. Please key in the course fees and allowance details, then click “Save

18. Don’t Select Upfront Payment to Training Provider. Then, click “Save” and “Next

19. Complete the declaration form and select a desired officer

20. Add all the required documents, then click “Add Attachment“. Then, click “Save” and “Submit Application

Required documents:

  1. Quotation
  2. Course Details & Course Contents
  3. Trainer’s CV

Once the New Grant Application is successfully submitted, the Grant Officer will evaluate the application accordingly.
The application may be queried if additional information is required.
The application status will be updated via the employer’s dashboard, email, and the e-TRiS inbox.
